Meet The Team

Meet Ashleigh
"Hi I’m Ashleigh. I am a devoted Mother of two and Little Sunshine Spa Therapist. Before my daughter was born, I worked for 7 years in a day spa, which I absolutely loved.
I took some time to stay at home and enjoy my babies and when I was ready to return to work, I found Little Sunshine Spa, the dream job! Massaging and cuddling your darlings doesn’t get any better. I pinch myself everyday this is my job!"

Meet Cara
"Hi I’m Cara. I’m a smitten Mother of Four and Little Sunshine Spa Therapist. With my personal journey to motherhood, I deeply understand the joys and challenges from IVF to the experience of having a premature baby and everything in-between.
Working at Little Sunshine Spa, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping your little sunshine’s feel relaxed and nurtured, while supporting you as parents on your journey."

Meet Carmen
"Hi, I'm Carmen! I am the owner and founder of Little Sunshine Spa and a proud mother of three amazing children. Motherhood is my greatest honour and privilege, and as a dermal therapist with a background in skin health, I longed for a space where I could take my little ones, one that simply didn’t exist.
Little Sunshine Spa has been a labour of love from the moment the idea was born in 2023. I am incredibly proud of our team and the beautiful business we’ve created, one that I know you will love just as much as we do. It brings me so much joy to see families walk through our doors and experience the vision I dreamt up for us all."

Meet Megan
"Hi I’m Megan, a proud Aunty and Little Sunshine Spa Therapist! My background in Beauty Therapy and love for babies and children is what landed me here at the spa.
My favourite part about working in the spa is watching new parents’ bond with their newborns and navigate parenthood. It’s an honour to be a part of such a precious time in the families lives."

Meet Sophia
"Hi, I’m Sophia! While I don’t have little ones of my own just yet, I’m a very proud Aunty to three little darlings. As the Operations Coordinator at Little Sunshine Spa, I feel so lucky to meet your precious little ones and make them smile, they truly brighten my day.
Being part of a team that creates such a caring and comforting space for families means the world to me. I hope you and your bub always feel loved and at ease when you visit us!"

Meet Amy
"Hi, I'm Amy! I am an Early Childhood Education Assistant at a beautiful school in Perth, where I have been in this role for seven years. My love for children truly blossomed there, and when I saw the opportunity to be part of Perth’s first organic baby spa, working alongside a team dedicated to nurturing families—I knew I couldn’t miss it.
You’ll find me at the spa on Saturdays and during school holidays, assisting the team and treating the beautiful little sunshine’s who visit us. I feel so lucky to be part of this incredible business, and I absolutely love meeting the wonderful families who choose us!"

Your baby can have weekly hydrotherapy and infant massage sessions. In line with IAIM policy, our practitioners will always ask permission before commencing massage on babies or children and follow their cues throughout the session. At home, regular daily massages can also provide benefits. It's important to read your baby's cues to know if they enjoy the massage or have had enough.
